In the Account Settings dialog box, go to the E-mail tab > click to highlight the Exchange account that asks for logon credentials every time Microsoft Outlook is opened > click the Change button. ![]() In Outlook 2010+, click File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings. In Outlook 2007, click Tools > Account Settings. To prevent Microsoft Outlook from asking for Exchange credentials each time when launching, you can change some Exchange settings under Account Settings. In some cases, you will be asked for Exchange credentials every time when launching Microsoft Outlook, but there is no option for Remember my credentials in the Windows Security dialog box. ![]() ![]() Normally this can be fixed by checking the Remember my credentials checkbox after entering your credentials and clicking the OK button.
